Bruschetta with Tomato

Great started or snack. Healthy and easy :3

Sastojci

3 diced tomatoes (3 cups)
1/4 cup approx. chopped basil
2 tbsp minced red onion
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
As desired salt, pepper, olive oil
1-2 french bread (or any bread, even oldish)

Priprema

1.

Mix everything but the bread together. (that includes seasoning and olive oil).

While your doing that, put the sliced bread in the oven to grill a bit on both sides.

Posluživanje

Once bread is done, just rubb some extra garlic on both sides, then drizzle some olive oil on both sides. Spoon some of the veggie mix ontop of one side and serve :) (best when eaten straight away).
